Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparency. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling orders and getting refunds on CrispeGo.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order strictly within 5 minutes of placing it. Once the restaurant/wholesaler accepts the order or starts food preparation, cancellations are restricted to prevent wastage.

Before Acceptance

100% Refund credited instantly to source.

After Acceptance

No Refund allowed as preparation has started.

Operational Issues

If we cancel due to unavailability, you get a 100% refund.

Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds for valid quality or delivery issues. Refunds are subject to verification.

Missing Items

Partial refund if items are missing from your package.

Wrong Item

Full/Partial refund if you received the wrong dish.

Quality Issue

Report within 30 mins with photo proof for refund.

Undelivered

100% refund if the order never reaches you.

Processing Timeline

5-7 Days

Approved refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, banks may take 5-7 business days to reflect the amount in your original payment source (UPI, Card, or Wallet).
